SFP port dust cap

SFP/Mini-GBIC port dust cap. It should also work for SFP+. Mine fits a little bit loose, but its not falling out so I'm not going to change it. Your mileage will vary depending on your printers precision. Print one as a test and it its too loose scale it a few percent.
