Since I didn't like the lack of locking for the 1/4 screw, and it's center position only, on the mount plate, I redesigned it to fit my needs.

It's made of two part, the mount itself, and a screw locking plug.

I'm using a 1/4 screw like this [one](https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B00OOLKD3U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I used one M5x60mm *kind of* [pan-head screw](http://www.avsboulonnerie.fr/uploads/produit/V12.jpg), then create a cutout to avoid rotation.
