Combined J-Head/object cooling system for Gregs/Wade extruder, iteration 6 Remixed

UPDATE: Added newer model with a place to run the wires from the J-Head

Couldn't figure out how to make this wonderful cooling design fit on my Gregs/Wades so I changed it a bit.

- I use mounting screws instead of a plate for my J head so I eliminated the mounting plate. Raised the mounting holes and lowered the fan mounts slightly

- The PEEK fan hole was a little small. Didn't allow for enough air flow on my fan so I integrated a funnel to collect more air.
