tv speaker adapter

This is an adapter for the Philips 314113000191 2 way tv speaker from a speaker outlet website (no longer sold). The files include the mid woofer as well as a basic tweeter wave guide cover.

The holes are sized for M3 bolt and nut on the mid woofer adapter. you will not need to use the foam gasket as this model seals with a raised lip against the extra surround on the speaker basket. The tweeter wave guide contains no mounting holes as it is just a cover.
