I change a little the STL of XY hotend Carriage to add support for endstop and also to include nuts.
I made this to go with high speed lead screw from Igus. It is a 10mm with a pitch of 50mm with 10 starts. The lead screw with two nuts is around 300$...
I use two bearings 19/10/5 on each X and Y carriage to the opposite of motors for the lead screw.
