Prusa i3 Vertical Extruder Mounting Plate to PBC Linear Slide Carriage

If you use a PBC Linear Slide for the X-axis this is a small adapter plate to be able to mount a Prusa i3 vertical remix of the Greg's Wade extruder.

Works with a J-head and e3d, might not work with a shorter cold end.

Leaves you plenty of room to mount other things, such as a servo z-probe or extra fans.
