Steadyrest for Sherline Lathe (WIP)

Part of my testing out printed CNC accessories.

Recommended for light machining only -- obviously a plastic steady rest will flex more than a metal one under load.

v0.7: So far not print-tested so there may be errors; this version is mainly fixes to issues mentioned in v0.6 changes below.

v0.6: assorted cleanups -- start fixing nut sizes, lengthen 10-24 nut trap to allow use of easier to find screw. I printed this version to check it out; it has these issues:
