A single piece filament spool holder for the Tantillus RepRap 3D printer. http://www.tantillus.org
The part fits (barely) into the 100mm x 100mm print bed on an angle, including enough room for several skirt passes.
It's designed to hang on one of the side windows of the printer. Dimensions fit the Tantillus version with acrylic panels - but be sure to double check the dimensions on your machine before printing.
