MendelMax 2 MM2 MaxStruder Shim

The groove height on groove mount barrels can vary, and sometimes it's hard to make a 3D printed yoke. Then there's E3D, whose version is inexcusably larger than anyone else's.

This template allows for easy custom thicknesses of shims for a MendelMax 2's standard MaxStruder extruder. The stock design of the top holder depends on building the part just right.
