It's a Mashup, I wanted a spool holder that wouldnt break so easily that could be reconfigured. I took http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23510 and mashed it up with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10463 adding a locking insert to hold together the two pieces as I wanted to be able to build it on the TOM.
