CR-10 Mini Extruder Cover and Filament Guide

I modified the extruder cover made by graham01 to work with the CR-10 Mini. The lever arm on the extruder is different from the large CR-10 so the part was adjusted to work with this. The wire guide was modified as well to position it out of the way of the lever arm. I also used a piece of teflon tubing for the filament guide.

In response to comments, I have added version 2.1. This version has an additional 5mm of room for the lever arm.
