MyMaki Mini Hotend Mount for E3D on Makibox

This enables mounting of most 3rd party hot ends with Groove Mount design onto a Makibox.

This mount is minimal because it rides on the Makibox rods, without providing support. The disadvantage is that the rods may not remain aligned at right angles.
