Smartrap - Z axis Motor coupler

This part is the Z motor shaft holder for the Smartrap 3d Printer.

It is designed to hold both 5mm motor shaft and 5mm lead screw.

I couldn't find it easily alone so i decided to extract it from it's original SmartRap build plate.

I attempted to use another kind of Shaft holder but the Z axis was never set properly. this resulted in the Z axis not having a linear movement.
With this part, the motor shaft will be aligned with the 5mm lead screw, and have a linear movement.
