Articulated Fan Ball mount for 5/16 or 8mm smooth rod or threaded rod and longer fan clip

Made this up so I could mount this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:139984 Articulated Fan Mount to the 8mm smooth rod at the ends of the x Axis on my Mendelmax 1.5, but will work on 8mm or 5/16" rod just about anywhere it'll fit. Also included here is a longer Fan clip.
