Printrbot Jr. V2 40mm side fan mount and duct

Waring: I have not printed this to test, it should work fine and fit based on the other I have made with the same plate design.

adjusted fan holes to work with screws, modified design to minimize hot end interference and visual obstruction, better airflow with funnel duct, less unused space
