This is an enclosure box and mounting plate for a MB7062 XL-MaxSonar-WR.
The box is designed to accepts a female 1/8" stereo jack at the back.
The mount plate is designed to bolt onto a 1" round post.
That said all is customizable in the scad files.
This thing is derived from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38531
for the smaller sensor.
The lid and clips for the lid basically came from:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:64008
Modify and tweak as desired.
