Intel EXPI9301CT NIC Low Profile Bracket (for Dell SFF)

I wasn't able to use the model in a Dell Small Form Factor machine so I remodeled it with some tweaks and additions for a better fit.
- Added a relief cut for the retainer clip (shown in Image: "Dell_SFF_Issue.jpg")
- Changed design to print flat to negate the need for raft or support
* Used a hobbyist hot iron to bend
* Added a relief bevel to create a better bend
- Also added holes for the on-board status LEDs
- Generated a version of the Full Size bracket for anyone interested or wi
