Sawtooth picture wall hanger

Command(tm) adhesive wall hangers are an absolute necessity for my office areas, but one hanger style in particular has apparently gone out of production - or at least I can never find ones at our local hardware and department stores. So, here is my design to replace the sawtooth hanger I can no longer find.
