Sometimes you have to take the case off to print something tall. NOT ANYMORE!
I found that I can print a height of 220mm (I have a E3Dv6 so I lost a tad) before the risk of the Z nuts un-thread from the Z axis threaded rods. Using these lifters, you can get that full height without pulling that case off and still having room for the wiring.
