Anet A8 Mount for RSE-2 Bowden-Extruder

Just a different Bowden mount for the Anet A8. It works together with the RSE-3 Bowden-Extruder from "Kistenschieber":

It's not a tight fit and has some play, but I will work on a version2 with a little more accurate fit. Nevertheless, it gets the job done well.

Parts for assembling:
- original Screw+Nut from top right acrylic parts of Anet A8
- 2x M3 Nut
- 2x M3 Screw (~20mm)
