parametric Command Strip cable organizer

I designed these clips to run ethernet cables through my new place, they attach to the wall using [Command Poster strips](http://www.homedepot.com/p/Command-Poster-Strips-Value-Pack-48-Pack-17024-VP/202362874) so they won't damage the paint.

I've included a pretty straight forward [OpenJSCAD](http://openjscad.org/) file so you can customize it to your needs.
