HyperLite Locking Camera w/ Transponder Hole

Remixed this so there is a transponder hole in the side while being protected. Added more supports in the middle and some holes for zip ties so you can strap something underneath and on top and use a single zip tie for both.

New Files up. Changed cutout for the transponder to a rectangle and made it so you could put it on both sides. Added a version w/o the back plate too. Both versions have an area for mounting a LED on the back.

Mount is for a 2.1 Lens at 40 degrees.
