For anyone else whos tired of using a screwdriver with their Bowden setups when changing filament on multicolor prints...
this will solve it since the screw only needs to be a bit tight It works with any Bowden setup that use a M3 screw for tension im currently using SHLOTZZ's extruder mount...

I used 18mm M3 screw and nut as shown in photo.
You need a tight fit so heat up the screw then place it in with tweezers but don't push it in to far leave the M3 nut flush with t
