Moisture Monitor

So i made the next step to assist my gardening-skills by making this monitor to easily show the soil-moisture of my kitchen herbs so i wont forget watering them.
The inside consists of an arduino nano, an rgb-led, and a .96 inch oled, on some connectors (just for the possibility to take out the components in future) soldered onto a blank circuit board.
