This plate is designed to connect to LittleRP and SeeMeCNC DLP resin build plates to a printer that I've designed. The 'stock' SeeMeCNC plate for the DropLit uses a single center hole for mounting, but it turns out that there are vent holes at the same spacing as the 30x40mm mounting pattern as the LittleRP plates, so tapping the DropLit plate and flipping it over will allow you to use this design on either model of plate.
