Mounting plate for E3D_v6, fits original TAZ 6

A mounting plate that fits the original TAZ 6 extruder. The difference from the original, is that the original is make for Hexagon hotend which has a higher collar and a lower neck than the E3D v6.
This mounting plate takes account for that by having a lower allround height, and a support for the collar.
