Towel bar hooks and scrunchy holder

These can be used with the over-the-wall towel rack and bottle shelf designs as seen here:

In order to add hooks or a scrunchy holder to the bars. Note that the arms and ring of the scrunchy holder are attached with #4 x 3/8" stainless screws and bolts.
