Prusa Y endstop to give extra length

Based on Triffid_Hunter "taller" endstop, I turned the microswitch through 90 degrees for use on the rear bar. "rrhb" also made a derivative, but didn't retain the captive nuts. I also tweaked the original to create a straight back. This one also supports both hole mountings like the original.
