Slingshot backpack shoulder strap binder

I totally changed this clamp because the old version did not work.
I Remixed my own seatbelt clamp to hold a strap together to tighten things up :-)

Clamp width small one is 30mm and hold thickness of 3 mm
Clamp width big one is ~39mm and hold thickness of 3 mm
