xbar and xbar nut mount and bowman design extruder holder.

this is the xbar design and extruder holder i have for the Mendel catalyst. i hope it is useful for those that want a low friction fingered design mount without bearings. maybe makerbot may make something cheaper than cupcake? sigh.... just dreaming....
