Z-Probe extruder mount for Solidoodle, for auto bed leveling

This is a derivative of Lawsy's Mk4 extruder (only the lower part) with a bracket that can accommodate a micro servo motor (11mm height, like this: http://www.adafruit.com/products/169). It also includes an arm where the Z-stop switch can be fitted.
