Parametric FT-817 Crank Knob

I decided to print out a new higher quality knob for my FT-817 on my replicator. I soon discovered that the model used to print the knob on my cupcake didn't fit right when printed on my new bot with better tolerances. I decided to make my new knob parametric so I could easily make any adjustments in the future. The knew knob is awesome on my radio.
