Gen4 Interface board covers (Top, Bottom, and sides)

I don't have side pannels on my interface board, so I created some new top ,bottom, and side plates to keep anything from touching the wires.

Some of these parts are pretty thick, and that's the way it's supposed to be. I want these beefy so they take the impact if I accidentally drop the display or something.
