IR Probe Mount for E3D V6 Shroud

Quick solution for using the IR probe with a e3d v6 hotend mounting between the fan shroud and fan. I drilled and tapped the holes for mounting the board, and used some M2.5x 5 Countersunk Screws to attach. Sorry I haven't tested the probe yet, but I will update with results.
