Solidoodle Jigsaw Replacement for E3D

All credit goes to lawsy's original design. I have modified his mk3 and mk5 in order to create an extruder assembly that can tightly hold the E3D hotend, while still hopefully allowing for a easy removal for maintenance. It features the filament guide of the mk3, and uses the x-axis endstop feet from his mk5. I have removed the accessory system that was previously present, because the E3D does not seem to have any room for accessories in this spot.
