Customizable SD and MicroSD card holder with rounded corners

Update: added some logic so that you can have zero microSD cards, you must always have at least one SDcard though

Update 2: added the ability to add embossed text: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1753080

Update 3: corrected the rotation of the microSD cards so they are placed in portrait not landscape
