Delta Printer Effector for E3D Chimera Head

This is a new effector for the HE3D DLT-180 (should work on others). I added the bolt pattern for the E3D Chimera\Cyclops head placing the center of the nozzle in the center of the effector. I used the measurements on the plans from E3D and they fit perfectly. There is room to be able to adjust the bowden tubes with an allen wrench or another thin object.
