Printrbot Jr Bed Leveler Nut Plates

I liked the nut plates from JohnSL's Printrbot Simple Bed Leveling Screws, so I used them as a starting point for something that would work for a Printrbot Jr v.1. This file includes two plates, one left-hand and one right-hand. Print twice for all four nuts.
