Arduino Mega 2560 parts for iPa64 RAMPS 1.4 case

This is a new bottom and front panel for iPa64's Case for Arduino Mega R3 and RAMPS 1.4 to allow for 2560 Mega board. The new front panel has an additional hole for a power adapter to plug directly into the Arduino.

The layout was done with the official DXF from Arduino.

The Arduino attaches using #4 sheet metal screws. (please comment with the metric equivalent size of screw).

v2 redesigns the edge brackets and places them around all four sides.
