ShapeOko DW660 Dust Shoe Printable

I liked the design of [Improbable Construct's ShapeOko DW660 Dust Shoe](http://www.shapeoko.com/wiki/index.php/Dust_Shoe) so much, I decided to convert to scad and print it. I have not printed this item yet, but I plan to print in the near future.
