Compact Card Holder

A simple, compact card holder. The two halves are held together by [those very small rubber bands](http://www.amazon.com/Elastic-Rubber-Styling-Dreadlocks-Fishing/dp/B00C2WQ1R0) you find in the hair care isle. These give good tension for holding the cards in place while allowing enough expansion to insert a 13-card stack all at once instead of one card at a time.
