Römer Glass-style goblet

This is a copy of a particular kind of glass goblet popular in central Europe and traditionally made from green glass made with ironsand in the German and Austrian forests.
For 2023 I've updated it a bit to higher resolution now computers can cope with it, but retained the original for posterity as it was an early RepRap artefact.
