Remixed Wankel Engine

I found the difference between the crank shaft and the eccentric wheel to be too much to get any drive on it. The eccentric drive hex is now 8.1mm A/F instead of 8.9mm. (the crank is 7.9mm A/F). I have also modified the length of the hex so that it sits 0.5mm-1mm below the eccentric wheel when pushed all the way in.
