Plate, 1x3, with 2 stud (jumper)

This is likely to be the most favorite brickpart in the near future. The part adds a lot of strongness to you half stud creation as it allows you to fix a 2×2 part on a 2×3 (!!) part. This brick is the bigger brother of the plate 1×2, with 1 stud (jumper), but that one is mostly usefull for bases with 4 or more studs.
