Strap Buckle Clip (Male Part) WIth Webbing Loop

jrombousky did a really, really great design- everyone understands right away how useful it is (not to mention that you can modify it by size and features to meet your exact needs!) I just added a simple loop in order to have a place to attach webbing to the male part of the clip.
