Filament Change Assistant Script

The Interface Board http://store.makerbot.com/makerbot-interface-board-kit-v1-1.html for the TOM should computer-less operation. Printing works well from an SD card, but the current TOM firmware does not include extruder support from the Interface Board so you still needed the ReplicatorG control panel to change filament before a build. This script solves that problem.
