Micro Polyhedron Vertices - Revisited for PLA

I redid the SCAD file for the Micro Polyhedron Vertices. It's not parametric yet, so if you want to change something you'll have to dig into the code. It's much less code then the original, and renders a lot faster.

I changed the plong sizes to be smaller, so you can print and build it with PLA (which is more rigid then ABS)

I did not create a rafted 16 at once version. They stick to the bed without issue on my printer (PLA related?) so I printed them one at a time.
