Minimalist Dial Indicator Holder for MendelMax 2 MM2

*This thing is not really needed. I found later the tab on the back of the indicator can be rotated, and mount the tab to the edge of the carriage.*

This is a minimalist indicator holder for MendelMax 2. It assumes the dial indicator has a 9.5mm fixed shank below the dial. It can be easily drilled to 10mm without compromising the structure, maybe more. It mounts to the X carriage the same way the MaxStruder mounts, so it should not interfere with any kind of fan mounts that are compatible
