yaobls (Yet Another Open Bench Logic Sniffer) Tray

This is a tray for the OBLS (Open Bench Logic Sniffer) design.

The purpose of this tray is to reduce the chance of ESD damage
to the OBLS circuitry during ordinary use and handling.
In addition, I wanted to gain some experience with the tool chain
that I intend to use to fabricate case prototypes for another project.
