Replicator Dual: extruder fix based on Makerbot Rep2 fix - Manifold / remesh Fix

Fixed the mesh topology, see derived object for instructions. Separated into 6 parts, just load all of them into MakerWare if you want a complete set, although for maximum layer bonding strength (especially on the arm) I would print one at a time.
